Group and Corporate Coaching
I have years of experience at presenting at wellness events, sober retreats and at schools and businesses on topics relating to behaviour change around alcohol and other addictive substances like sugar, food, and drugs.
I can come to your corporate event, wellness retreat, or small work gathering to talk on a topic relating to alcohol and stress, alcohol and mental health, alcohol and physical health, as well as alcohol and productivity in the workplace or out socially.
