If you’re new to sobriety, try doing the one month alcohol free challenge. Use this tracker to colour your alcohol free days in green. If you slip up, that’s ok. Just colour the day in red and reflect on what was going on for you that day and figure out what triggered you to drink.
The aim is to have mostly Green Day’s on your chart. Instead of beating yourself up if you slip on any day, congratulate yourself for the total number of alcohol free days you’ve notched up in the month.
Stick the tracker on your fridge or in a visible place and take pride in colouring in your alcohol free days. Try making your consecutive sober days longer and longer until you manage a sober stretch that exceeds your previous record. Set small but achievable AF goals. Remember it’s all about getting your PB in the total number of AF days per month until you’ve cracked total alcohol freedom.
